Where creativity unlocks endless possibilities.
I love embellishing new and gently used garments, breathing new life into them with my unique designs and style. My therapeutic journey began in 2021, during my time in Thailand. It all started with a blazer worn by Billy Porter on the hit show POSE—I was instantly captivated. That moment of fascination planted a seed, and soon after, I picked up a paintbrush and some textile paint. I began channeling my energy into creating masterpieces, one stroke at a time.
Painting and upcycling quickly became my sanctuary—a therapeutic art outlet that brought me peace and purpose. While in Thailand, I realized it was time to confront my childhood traumas, pain, and anger. Therapy became a crucial part of my journey, allowing me to do the internal work needed to heal. As I began to mend inwardly, I discovered a newfound artistic freedom outwardly. My thoughts started to flow freely, my hands moved with intention, and—perhaps most importantly—my body found stillness and rest.
Each of my creations carries a piece of my story, my energy, and my growth. I constantly challenge myself to step outside my comfort zone and try something new, pushing the boundaries of my creativity. I’m incredibly thankful that my artistic vision knows no limits.
Engaging in upcycling and art therapy has been transformative. It provides me with a secure environment to heal, forgive, self-reflect, and set new goals. Through this process, I’ve found a way to appreciate life more deeply and create pieces that I’m truly proud of—pieces that feel like an extension of me.
